Genesis is always pleasant and does her job well. Whenever we bring up issues we may be having, she is happy to assist. The past couple of weeks we have seen a few sugar ants inside the home. During her visit yesterday, she came in to treat the areas specifically for those ants. Ky-ko also sealed out home for scorpions back in 2018 when we built the home and I can happily report that in the 6 years we've been here, we haven't seen a single scorpion inside the home (knock on wood).
